Dear Member of COPARTES Pension Fund
We refer to recent election communication dated 24 October 2022. The nomination process has now been completed. We are now in Phase II of the election process. The next step in this process is for you to vote for your preferred candidate on the attached Ballot Form.
The ballot form needs to be completed with your personal details i.e. Name & Surname, Member or Pensioner reference number, Identity Number and the name of your Employer.
Two candidates were nominated by members. Please mark with the letter X in column (VOTE – X) ) next to your preferred candidate. It is important to vote for only one candidate on the ballot form. Kindly note that if more than one choice is made on the form, the ballot form will be regarded as invalid and will not be counted.
The casting of votes will take place from 10 December 2022 to 31 January 2023.

Election results will be announced on 27 February 2023 and the newly elected Trustee will officially commence his/her term of office on 01 March 2023.
