Ms Esterhuizen has been the President of the Retail Motor Industry Organisation (RMI) since 2015 and continues to serve as such. She has extensive management experience, and also has served the Motor Industry, the National Skills Authority, South African Motor Body Repairers Association (SAMBRA), RMI, and the Free State Provincial Skills Development Forum. She received an Honorary Fellowship from the Institute of the Motor Industry in the UK in 2017 and is also an Honorary Fellow of the Vehicle Damage Quantifier Governing Body of South Africa.
